Established by Fondazzjoni Kreattivit\u00e0 in the year 2000, our home is in St James Cavalier, Valletta, a 16th-century fort converted into the National Centre for Creativity. We host a range of visual arts exhibitions at our gallery spaces, performances at our theatre in the round, films at the only arthouse cinema on the island, workshops in our studios, an artist-in-residence programme, and tailored events for children and their families under the \u017bigu\u017bajg strand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the slogan of Il-Qalba tal-Kreattivit\u00e0 (The Heart of Creativity), our annual season comprises over 500 events, with a combination of initiatives selected through our open call and others specifically commissioned by or co-produced with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spazju Kreattiv is in the heart of Malta\u2019s capital city, Valletta. Situated in Castille Place and a few metres away from MU\u017bA, Auberge de Castille, Parliament and Upper Barrakka Gardens, Spazju Kreattiv is the perfect stop for anyone visiting Valletta.
