How to get there

Taxi Prices:
Transfer in an Executive Cab from Airport to hotel to €25 per trip.
We can also provide an 8-Seater van at €40 per trip.
Take the route bus X4 from the bus stage outside the airport. Stop at the bus terminus in Valletta next to the City Gate. The Embassy Valletta Hotel is a short 10-minute walk down republic street, turning left at St. Lucy Street just past the law courts and right on Strait Street.
If you plan to visit the island, Valletta has the best public transport connections in the country.

Rent a car from the airport and follow the route to Valletta. To offload your luggage, head down to Great Siege Road in Valletta and turn right onto St. Mark Street at the junction with Marasamxett Road. Turn right at Old Bakery Street and immediately left onto Melita Street and left again onto Strait Street. The hotel is just 2 blocks up the road in the narrower part of Strait Street (corner with St. Lucia Street). It’s an easy route … just follow the map below and you will find our hotel very easily. Then, after dropping off your luggage, you can head to the MCP car park just outside Valletta, where you can leave your vehicle.
We strongly recommend using the MCP car park right outside Valletta’s main entrance as it’s the most convenient car park close to our hotel. You can leave your vehicle at a reduced price of €10.00 for 24 hour parking. Tickets at this special rate are exclusive to guests and can be purchased from the hotel reception. Then, take the easy 10-minute walk into Valletta, through the City Gate onto Republic Street, turning left past the Maltese Law Courts on St. Lucia Street.
Valletta is mostly pedestrianised, and while you can drive up to the hotel entrance to offload any luggage, street parking in the vicinity may be hard to find and subject to CVA charges. For free road parking, head down St. Lucia Street onto Marsamxett Road (Ring Road). Alternatively, you can opt for an open-air carpark at the top of Great Siege Road, next to a large football pitch at just €4.00 per entry.

Valletta is the smallest capital city in the EU and is mostly pedestrianized. The best way to experience this magnificent city is on foot. Electric taxis and the two-wheeled Segway can also be rented from the hotel. Some Deluxe rooms have a little French balcony whilst all Superior Rooms have a large balcony or terrace with city or sea views.

The Restaurant
We offer a full buffet breakfast which will definitely satisfy your morning cravings. From a variety of breads and pastries to full English breakfast, fresh fruit, as well as as assortment of beverages. Healthy and vegan options are also available. Breakfast is served in our Rooftop Restaurant with a view!
The Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge is open for lunch, dinner and bar bites as well as drinks during the day. You will find a wide selection of tasty dishes and bites which you can enjoy on our Rooftop which boasts magnificent views over the Marsamxett Harbour. Room service is also available.
